Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
At the time of enquiring, it is necessary to specify if any original features need to be preserved or supported.
Mobile Pro Audio reserves the right to decline your job immediately if any information is omitted, such as previous installations or damage to the vehicle before the installation.
If your vehicle has modifications or problems that weren’t mentioned when we gave the quote, the final price might change on the day. This includes things like vehicle defects, camper setups, or built-in walls or drawers that make the job more difficult.
A deposit is required upon accepting the quotation to secure your booking date and time. Deposit amounts vary based on the total quoted price: $100, $500, or $1,000.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Special orders require a deposit upon accepting the quotation. In the event of cancellation, 20–50% of the deposit will be forfeited, depending on the nature and stage of the order.
Mobile Pro Audio guarantees that all installation work will be free from defects for as long as you own the product.
If any problems with our workmanship come up, we’ll fix them at no cost. All repair work is done at our Chadstone location.
No refunds will be given for products that are found to be damaged after installation or have been tampered with or altered by anyone else.
Labour costs are non-refundable.
If a customer-supplied product becomes faulty, a minimum fee may be charged for removal and reinstallation.
Technicians need to work alone during installations for health and safety reasons. Failure to comply will result in strict cancellation policies. However, once the job is complete, your presence is required to receive a full product demonstration. If you are unable to be present, it will be your responsibility to learn about the product’s functionality.
Please be aware that we are not certified to install, adjust, or re-install child seats. If the installation requires the removal of the child seat, Mobile Pro Audio PTY LTD cannot re-install it once it has been removed from the vehicle.
If an onsite customer must provide a safe place with appropriate space and a flat surface for installation, the installer’s car must be close to the customer’s vehicle.
If the customer supplies the product, it is the customer’s entire responsibility for all functions, installation manuals, and support if required.
If the installation is unsuccessful due to an Incomplete installation kit, it will be fully charged, and any recharges required for the next attempt.
