Quotation:

At the time of enquire, it is necessary to specify if any original features need to be preserved or supported.

Mobile Pro Audio reserves the right to decline your job immediately if any information is omitted, such as previous installations or damage to the vehicle before the installation.

If the vehicle has any modifications that may interfere with the installation and the customer was not informed when quoted, these may affect the final price on the spot (e.g., camper van, walls, or drawers).

Deposit:

Upon accepting the quotation, you must pay the required deposit to secure your booking date and time.

Cancelling a confirmed booking with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the customer’s deposit.

Special orders require a 30% deposit upon accepting the quotation; cancellation of this will result in a 10% refund.

Warranties:

Mobile Pro Audio guarantees that the installation workmanship will be free from defects for as long as you own it. If any issues with the workmanship arise, MPA will fix the fault at no cost, and all repairs are done at Carnegie.

No refunds for claims of damaged or faulty products will be provided if unauthorised or post-installation damage is found.

Labour costs are not refundable.

If a product becomes faulty, a minimum fee may apply for removal and reinstallation.

Installation:

Technicians need to work alone during installations for health and safety reasons. Failure to comply will result in strict cancellation policies. However, once the job is complete, your presence is required to receive a full product demonstration. If you are unable to be present, it will be your responsibility to learn about the product’s functionality.

Please be aware that we are not certified to install, adjust, or re-install child seats. If the installation requires the removal of the child seat, Mobile Pro Audio PTY LTD cannot re-install it once it has been removed from the vehicle.

Onsite:

If an onsite customer must provide a safe place with appropriate space and a flat surface for installation, the installer’s car must be close to the customer’s vehicle.

Customer supply:

If the customer supplies the product, it is the customer’s entire responsibility for all functions, installation manuals, and support if required. 

If the installation is unsuccessful due to an Incomplete installation kit, it will be fully charged, and any recharges required for the next attempt.

Payment:

Cash or card with a 2% fee.
